Returns & Refund

The customer has a 14 day return right from the time the product has been received. Can either change the product to a new one or get a refund.

Repayment or product change is subject to the condition that the product and its original packaging are flawless, unused and merchantable. However, if the return does not include everything or is in poor condition due to the cause of the customer, we can not accept the refund. 

Returns must always be delivered by Posti. Customer feedback through the post is free of charge for you. Free returns are valid only in Finland. If you want to return the ordered product for some reason, please see the following instructions: 

1. Contact us before returning products - the customer is required to notify us of the return request. 

2. Pack the product in the same packaging as it was on your arrival 

3. Before sending check if goods are packaged correctly, insert the invoice that came with the package.

You are responsible for the shipment and its condition until it arrives. We pay back the money by the same method as you paid for us. Refunds will only be made when we receive the goods returned, checked it and made sure that the products are unused and merchantable. Returns are paid without delay within 1-2 weeks. 

We reserve the right to recover the customer's refunds if the Customer Return is made in violation of the terms or conditions of delivery.
